Amos is a seasoned organizational development expert with demonstrated experience in diverse areas. He has traceable hands on experience in strategy, finance, capacity building, institutional cultural transformation and change management acquired over the last 18 years. He has served with several public, private and faith-based institutions and has been a member of several senior management teams and boards. Amos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University, a Master of Arts in Ministry from Lancaster Bible College Capital Seminary & Graduate School, an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology and he is currently pursuing his doctorate (Doctor of Ministry – Strategic Leadership) with Lancaster Bible College Capital Seminary & Graduate School.
