As the Community Engagement Coordinator at Love and Hands, Cleophas specializes in training communities on Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) and spearheads community development initiatives. With six years of experience as a professional trainer/facilitator under the USAID Huguka Dukore Project's Work Ready Now and Be Your Own Boss programs, he has successfully enhanced the livelihoods of young people across various districts in Rwanda. His training focuses on equipping youth with essential skills such as personal growth and development, interpersonal communication, leadership and decision-making, appropriate work habits and conduct, work safety and health, rights and responsibilities at work, money management, business idea generation, budgeting and record-keeping, and business planning.
