Erica Gateka is an international development practitioner with about 10 years experience working with non-profit organizations and community development projects. As the Co-founder and CEO of Love and Hands, she leads initiatives that support rural communities in Rwanda and Burundi by leveraging local resources to address their challenges. Her expertise is in rural development, with a particular focus on employing Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approaches to create sustainable, community-driven solutions. She provides overall leadership in all programs, donor and grant management & Training of Trainers in Asset-based community development. Erica holds a B.A in Business Administration & Accounting & an M.A in Development Practice.
