Patrick Ndimana is the Co-founder and COO of Love and Hands, where he leads finance and operations and oversees Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). With over 10 years of experience in international development in Burundi and Rwanda, Patrick is proficient in Design Thinking and Asset-Based Community Development, integrating these methodologies into programs. He possesses strong skills in leadership, project management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.
